The Dracaena Warneckei does well without too much light in the house. It only needs 3 hours of sunlight a day, so it is good to place the plant near a north-facing window. It may be that the plant catches too little light, this is noticeable when the plant does not really want to grow. Do the leaves turn yellowish? Then move the plant to a place further away from the window, it will receive too much light.
