Hi there,  welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. In case you’re interested in how we’d like you know more about our return policy, privacy policy, or terms and conditions you will find our information here. Are you not satisfied with your order? That’s a pity, of course! We use a period of 14 days after receiving the order within which you can return our “non-plant” products. Contact us within this period via [email protected] to inform us of your wish to return one or more products. When we have received a message, you will receive a response as soon as possible.

 

Plants
Due to the perishability of our plants, we specifically apply a different return policy. Initially, we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the plant(s). Please include some photos with this message. On the basis of the photos we can assess whether the plant is still in good condition and if we are able to give it a new plant mom or dad. If it appears that you have not treated the plant properly during these 14 days, we can charge you a possible decrease in value (up to 100% of the purchase amount).

 

If problems arise upon delivery (damaged or in poor condition), please let us know immediately. We will then look for the right solution together.

If you return your order within 14 days or have indicated to us that you want to return the order, you will receive (partly) your incurred costs from us – depending on the type of product and reason to return.

 

In general, the following applies: if the product does not meet the promised quality, is damaged or in bad condition, we will take care of the return costs. Always contact us first (see return policy). In all other cases you take care of the return costs.

 

If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back.

Orders with an amount above €25,- are delivered free of charge. If you have a smaller order value, we will charge €4.95 for shipping and packing the order.

Orders within the Benelux that are ordered on a working day are delivered to the addressee within 48 hours.

After you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from Marvy and later you will receive a track & trace code from PostNL by mail. If it takes a long time before you receive this track & trace code, first check your junk mail to be sure.
